My name’s Natalie, a former superyacht Chief Stewardess, turned yoga teacher, breath & meditation coach and trauma informed facilitator.
I’ve spent the last 8 years working for UHNW individuals both onboard and on land so I truly understand the pressure and stress that crew and staff face.
Having gone from panic attacks, anxiety and chronic stress to the most calm version of myself i’ve ever been, I am passionate about helping others find their calm.
My mission is to help as many crew members calm their nervous systems & create healthy habits onboard in order to live happier, healthier lives and longevity in their yachting careers.
